Fairstone HQ, Sunderland

We’ve had the privilege of working with Fairstone Group on a cohesive and strategic design process that has transformed their workspace across the UK over the past few years. We were introduced to Fairstone by our long-term client, Muckle LLP, and were delighted to collaborate with them on a series of projects.

Our partnership with Fairstone began in the North West, where we designed a satellite office that set the tone for their brand and culture. We then expanded our work to the South West, creating a space that reflected the company’s values and supported their growing team.

This was followed by a London hub on Leadenhall Street, providing Fairstone with a strategic presence in the heart of the city. This space was carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of their London-based team, while also aligning with the company’s overall brand and culture.

In 2023 we completed the Fairstone portfolio with a comprehensive refurbishment of their new HQ in Sunderland, formerly the Nike office in Doxford Park. This flagship space showcases Fairstone’s commitment to innovation and excellence, and provides a vibrant and dynamic environment for their team to thrive.

Throughout this process, we’ve worked closely with Fairstone to create a cohesive and inspiring workspace that supports their business goals and reflects their values. We’re proud to have played a role in shaping their workspace and contributing to their success.
