True Potential LLP, HQ2
True Potential, a fast-growing wealth management and investment technology provider holding over 60billion in client assets, they welcomed staff back to a newly redesigned head office in Newcastle upon Tyne that supports hybrid working between office and home.
Daniel Harrison, Chief Executive of True Potential said: “After consulting all of our staff at True Potential, it became apparent that we all missed the in-person opportunities for learning and collaboration, especially those off-the-cuff conversations and friendships that working in an office bring and that no video call can ever truly replace.”
The overarching concept behind the new design was to create a place where visitors and staff can reconnect with each other and the company.
Whilst still being a professional environment, the use of a more domestic approach in the variety of seating and work-stations, as well as larger kitchens on all three floors, fosters a communal feeling with added comfort.
"Simon and his team understands what it takes to design a great working space. With our Head Office refit, he’s brought in our brand, company values and an extremely high level of hospitality, all while making sure our employees are in the best place possible to complete their day-to-day work."
